★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akrash bajaj only know how easily earn money without any work......they understood, customers are extremely fool....they know only spare part replacement but unfortunately didn't know how replace spare as that part work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience quite bad. Felt like I came to a third party service center where the only goal is to extort money by asking to change most of the parts.
Issues :
1: RM is more keen on making huge bill. I was expecting 2-3k max. Estimate was 10k . Then I said I dont need other things. just do my normal servicing and after that I could literally see the change in atitude in RM and the mechanic working on bike.
2: For any issue their only solution is replace the parts. Asked to clean chain and I was told to change the chain sprocket sytem full for RS2500 although I have never faced any issue with chain.
3: Most of the parts for high end bikes like RS 200 and Dominar is not available.
4: Came in the morning around 9:30 . actual service started at 11:15 and bike got delivered after 2:30. My whole day got wasted here.
5: Labour charge for each and every part is separate and over the normal service charge.
My tank cover was opened for changing air filter. I wanted to get a new tank cover and that could have just been put back in place of old one but for that I was told service charge will be 500 and so I didnt get it done.
Overall The service quality is not upto the mark. Bajaj should seriously implement a quality check procedure to maintain its standard service otherwise it will definitely be loosing customers because of these things. i ll definitely not be coming back to this service center after this. Third party service centers are much cheaper and reliable than these.
