★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a gated community in dlf phase 3 of 1rk apartments with all facilities but the management has no code of conduct or concern to their tenants. The secuirity system is senseless because everytime any guest comes over, the tenant has to go down till the gate to let the person inside which doesn't make any sense. The guard of day time shift is hot head guy who doesn't show any concern or respect to the guests or tenants. Especially because the management supports that kind of conduct from the guard since they themselves arent any different. They readily use abusive language. This place ain't worth the facilities they give since you have to sell your pride and individuality in return and stay here like their pets. This is not a customer centered management. It only looks like it is run by a group of goons. There are much better properties in this area. Please if you have the choice ,dont decide on akash apartments.
