★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been brought up here. The apartment when it was build up was very nice but after the original owners of flats sold their flats the apartment have deteriorated very badly. It isn't well maintained now and sometimes gutter outflows and you can't even breath here as the toilet of peoples living here outflows from gutter. The sealing also drops at anytime. You should not be shocked if sealing fells on you as the apartment is not well maintained. The water supply is also not proper. You will get today water but nothing can be said of tomorrow.
