★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I have ordered a roller from them around start of July. First they wasted almost two weeks to take measurement. Right now, after 5 weeks (and around 30 calls approx), still its not been installed. They are working with third party contractors, which are not at all responsive, It’s every time you who have to call Akesha or that vendor to ask them what’s the status. And trust me they have enough reasons to give you for the delayed work.
Akesha is only about a big name and nothing when it comes to customer service.

I was disappointed with quality of fabric after paying so much. It was supposedly D-decor sofa fabric, but faded in color in first 6 months. Too bad!!

He was quick to understand our requirements and showed plenty of options well within and around our budget. Overall, a great experience shopping from this store..
