It's been 8 months since our company has been incorporated and sudhanshu of akitstee has been a a trouble for us. A lot of had been charged by them and nothing in filing was done and because of them my company suffered huge losses in investments. Sudhanshu poses as a chartered accountant but he isn't one because after talking to members of ICAI Prayagraj, we found that he is not a CA.
Just a single bill for incorporation was presented to us and even after repeatedly asking them for bills, none of the further bills had been sent till date

We have incorporated a company in 2018 and took help of Sudhanshu Ranjan from Akitstee and since then we lost more than Lakhs for the incorporation. We have been fined by the MCA for the filings.
We even requested them to send the details and receipts of the proceedings and payments done by us which we haven't received yet. Please beware of these fraudulent people.

Fraud at all values, Sudhanshu Ranjan verbally quote himself CA, Advocates with 700 companies under him.
Don't trust, he manipulates, misleading information.
Incorporated my company, took 20 times the amount to be charged and did nothing.
Even threating us when we said we'll file case against him.
