Overall, interior of hall is okok. Rest other is good

It's a party place with following characteristics:
1. Party Hall on ground floor: Spacious
2. Rooms on first floor: OK OK
3. Facility of Kitchen on ground floor
4. Condition of Washroom: as aspected, a OK OK condition, satisfactory
5. Open ground by the side: can be used as parking and it also can be used for outdoor activity
6. Building Condition: OK OK but not attractive
7. Connectivity: Easily accessible by private and public transport
It's an average party place for public gathering with moderate amenities.
