★ ★ ★ ★ ★ on 27th of July I gave him my Diesel Bullet to do painting and restoration. 20 Days he said.
After 30 days he said he needed money for the painting, I went there, nothing was done, motor still in frame, just a few parts put aside.
I could not go there everyday because I was in hospital and later travelling.
We phoned him again and again, nothing was done.
Now it is 07th of October, 80 days gone and still he did nothing.
Do not trust him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohammed Akram Royal enfield service mechanic. He is best in town when it comes to Royal enfield bikes. His speciality is best in class service wherein you will never get any chance of complain if he services your bike. His knowledge on each part and services aspects is master class . You will never be cheated when you are with him and his services charges are most reasonable in entire town. I recommend him to everyone since I am dealing with him since last 3 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gem of person. Does not ask you to replace any part just for his earnings.. I own a Thunderbird 500 & had lots of issues like battery was not charging, heavy vibration while riding, rear tyre skidding in turnings.. i did not have to explain him the issues much, he just turned on the engine & took a round on my bike, tightened some 4-5 screws which were causing vibration & skidding, tightened chain, did lubrication where ever required & i could feel the difference soon after taking a test ride at that moment. Regarding battery issue 2 RE service centers (Teknik motors in HSR & one in Palace road) have me quotation of approx 8k which included change of dynamo coils & gear assembly. Akram bhai tested this issue just told me to ride the as it is as there is no such problem in bike. It's just the battery which after just 18 months is going bad (Exide acid battery) & that need replacement soon the existing batter is completely gone bad. He suggested me to manage with existing battery & if its troubling too much only then go for a battery change. I am still managing with existing battery & it's manageable so far.
I have been searching for a really good RE mechanic & have found one after a ver loong wait... Great job Akram bhai...

Never tried to change parts unnecessarily.
Been going there for the past 10 years ..always does a good job .. Akram Bhai is a person who takes pride in his work .. he takes time and then only negative is that we have to constantly pester him to get the bike fixed on time.
Never has he ever overcharged me . Always an experience for me to give my bullet for service , I learn something new every time from him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using a 1988 Bullet 350cc since 3 years and being serviced with his magical hands, he is very genuine and professional as Royal Enfield mechanic and I prefer him As one of Best mechanic in the city. Recently my bull was leaking oil, smoking with poor performance for this solution or repair the other royal enfied mechanic quoted up to 6k and he was not sure about output but this Akram uncle made work with low cost of Rs 990 that is Rs 340 for items and 650 was labour and bike performance increased a lot !! This is why I highly recommend Royal Enfielders to get to serviced in his workshop and don't give you vehicle to unknown mechanics to work on you bike they surely practice on your bike rather than work to be done, Thank you ?
