★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a product from their website and after many a week of not receiving the order update after following up I was informed that the product which I had ordered is unavailable and was cancelled by them.
Whereas the reality is that the product which I had ordered on offer is available where they have increased the price and lying.
Aks clothing only manufacturing is not enough to run a successful business instead you must provide the good customer services as well.
I would be honest here as I am using their product from years and have ordered many times through Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra etc and would advise others to order only through them to receive assured delivery.
NEVER ORDER DIRECTLY THROUGH THEM TO RECEIVE FOOLISH REASON FOR NOT PROVIDING PRODUCT.
