★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional business owner, took their services for almost a year was a regular customer. I asked them to do deep cleaning of my house owner told me the charges has increased now due to COVID I understood and paid the increased amount as well. But then only one person came for cleaning I have to help him for a lot of work even then the house was not clean. Reported it to the owner and then he told me to send proofs. This kind of business ethics will help you in loosing loyal customers. I felt cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted these guys for deep cleaning of washrooms in a hotel, and on call i told them that approx there will be 8-10 washrooms and i asked for the price per washroom. They agreed on 500/- rs per washroom. Till no everything was fine, the next day they sent 4 guys to deep clean the washrooms. So i gave them 4 washrooms to work on. So within 1 hour they cleaned all 4 washrooms and it was ok ok as some strains they are not able to clean, i was ok with it. Rest of the washrooms were occupied as guests were inside the rooms. So as per their words i gave the 2000 rs for 4 washrooms but someone from their office called me and said hum ne puri team bheji hai apko 10 washrooms krane pdege wrna 3500/- rs do hume. I said rest of the rooms was occupied how come i ask the guests to come out. He started arguing with me and said i am coming at your hotel. After 1 hour he came with another guy and started arguing with me and keep asking for more money. So finally i said them take the money and leave the hotel as i got totally irritate of their unprofessional behaviour. After asking to leave they are not leaving the hotel and keep asking to give more money. So at last they left without money and after 15 mins came back to take 2000 rs so i gave them the money and asked for the bill and owners contact no. They refused to give the contact no and bill as well. Again after 10 mins of argue he provided me with the bill copy and took money. So guy's search for good and professional vendors rather then contacting them.

The workers were too good in nature and they did the work very carefully and voluntarily found each and every stain or dirt in the home and clean it. I don't have to guide them they are well experienced. I like the service very much and recommend others also.
