I am an experienced person and want the share my cons and pros of this company.
Positive:
1. This company is good for those who will start his carrier from zero, you can learn a lot from this company but there is no good role for experienced person.
Negative:
1. Management is too too too poor of this company(top to bottom specially from HR and Accounts departments), initially they show like they will support you but when you need any help, they will refuse especially when you will leave the company. They will treat like you are never of this company part.
2. The fnf part should be clear after 45 days or max to 50 days but in my case they had cleared after 75 days even when I had followed them numerous times on email and calls.
3. Deducted amount from salary even when I had proper leave from the company(becoz of the my critical surgeries) but still they had deducted my salary even after discuss with their top manager before going on my surgery.
4. When you leave the company with in the provision period still you will get the fnf after 2 months(ideally it should be clear within a month becoz 45 days is applicable on those conditions when you leave any organization after complete your provision period but here there is no value).
5. If your performance is not good, they will fired you immediately even not give you another chance(even if your health is not well) nor think about it.
When I had chased them regarding my deduction and when I get to know that this is not your correct fnf amount and you want to change. but they told with threaten words, "as according to us this is final amount take it or leave it".
Finally I want to say company is good in terms of learning about new technology and supportable team mates but don't trust on any any management peoples even a bit and don't go on verbal communication and do or take it on mail.
I am giving one star for only learning part otherwise I'll give zero star for this company.
