★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's close to khandeshvar station (15-20 min walking distance, but the building will tell you 5 min). Here flats are good but they are not spacious excluding the first floor. First floor flats are extremely spacious, you get a huge terace as big as the flat itself and with the help of a interior designer you can make good use of the space. Society is good clean and well designed. But according to the area rates are a bit high. Like I don't feel it worth to spend ₹90 lakhs for a 2 bhk in khandeshvar(with carpet area of 640sq feet). At the same rate I can buy in Kharghar which is always a better option. And here 1bhk is ₹60lakhs and 2bhk is ₹92lakhs so that means for an extra room of 10*10 I'am paying ₹30lakhs more. Rather join 2 1bhk ?.
And even after paying that amount you need a car or 2 wheeler to commute. Building front side is empty and will remain empty as per builder because it will be occupied by bus stand. Nice view from top and ample of air flow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest this society lacks in some ways :-the swimming pool isn't clean most of the times , the indoor play room doesn't even has all the indoor play stuff......Rest the society is very good..... Its got good security guards.... Its always clean.
