★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The area has been developed so far and so many buildings are on projects all over this place. Akshar residency with two phase has a budget friendly 2,3,4 bhk independent houses. The area is not peaceful though. You will have sounds of atleast 100 planes hovering everyday to nearest airport. The area is under developements. So you will find good space all around but in times it will become crowded. The project can feel good for budget house lovers but quality and construction wise you will feel little expensive. Though it can become a good choice to invest in an area Naroda with independent house options.
