★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is completely in outskirt of the city, totally isolated but on the very main road which is the only advantage. No hospital, no schools near by. There is one bakery nearby which also belongs to builder to sell these villas. These villas are 1.2Cr for 3bhk and 1.4Cr for 4bhk which is expensive than any other villas in coimbatore even nearer to airport. Amenity and park area is too small for 54 villas. Overall very unfair pricing for its location and construction.
