★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From Valsad main market it is 4 kms away and from highway it is the same distance. The roads are not that good. The public around is all middle class. You require your own transportation. This particular layout is bunglows inside which are like row houses and hence the movement of fresh air is enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's only been a few months residing here and i am already facing a lot of issues.There are already leakage problems and cracks which is totally unacceptable.Aslo,the wall paint has started to fall.Aforementioned issues are just a few issues.There are a lot more other problems that i am facing with this house.It is clear that these all houses were constructed so poorly??
