★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are cheats. It is a shame that Whirlpool is having these people as their authorised service partners. They dont do anything and ask you for 472 INR visit charges. The only thing they will do is try to sell their products and then say that your machine needs a 5000 rs spare part, even if you just call them for inspection and cleaning. Please dont engage them for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Called whirlpool customer care for issues with AC that was bought around 3 years back.
Spend lot of money in repairing it (gas filling, visiting charges etc), still within 5 days of its repair, the AC is back to its original problem. And when you try calling back the technician who came at home for solving the issue, he doesn't pick the call or respond back to the messages.
