★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its very worst experience with akuva. They are asking bond for experienced candidates(3 years) . if you are not ready for the bond they dont even allow you to attend interview . Dont waste your time with them. Before going for interview just make a call and ge to know their terms and conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company's has very poor management and ZERO professionalism . The most unprofessional comapany , they do not pay their employees and expect them work for lifetime . They also take money from employees by asking them training fee ( the only way they make money i guess )
The company makes poor income for it to function
Most of the 5 star reviews are forced to be given

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Believe me friends it is a genuine review. Please don't attend the interview in akuva infotech, it's just a waste of time. These people they run a CAD training Institute and they also provide solutions to other companies. They ask you for a bond for 3 years ( for both fresher and also for experienced) and if you are OK with it then only they'll allow you to take the test. They have a rules sheet which is laminated, it specifies that
1) you must be ready to sign a bond for 3 yrs.
2) you must be ready to submit all your marks cards and degree certificate ( original).
3) if you break the bond you must pay them 1lakh rupees.
4) they have a pattern for the salary hike which is as follows......
0-12 months - - >> 8000 ctc
12-24 months - - >> 1000 ctc
After 24 months - - >> 12000 ctc
After that depending on your individual performance salary hike will be there.
So, this was a worste experience for me. So, please friends don't attend the interview at akuva infotech. I attended the interview by saying OK for everything and they gave a test in that I cleared first round aptitude but I didn't clear second round which is draw a 2D sectional view in autocad. So they asked me to join their Institute to learn design software and the cost is 20000 it seems for only 15 days. But I didn't. So please be careful friends.

My experience with them is that they are very professional in their approach & have put in excellent systems.
They provide niche services and are very good at it.
They do have a great team and very pleasant to work with.
I understand that their policy of recruiting fresh talent and developing them into experienced engineers is very novel and successful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friend were campus selected for this company in the year 2014. Once we came to join the office we were told to submit our marks card and certificate as assurance for bond of 3 years. Pay was starting from 8000 per month and would increase by 2000 per year for 2 years.
When we had given the interview in the college nothing was mentioned regarding the pay or the bond.
We had a weeks time to submit our marks card and certificate. Me and my friend both decided not to join this company. This probably was the best decision for both of us. As we both got placed in MNC soon after.
All the freshers who are thinking of joining this comapny please be carefull think wisely before you take any decision.
