This style of fried chicken started here in Old Delhi a long time ago. So, the name became Delhi Fried Chicken. We ate 1.5kg of this delicious Chicken.
For butter Chicken, chicken is firstly grilled and then Chat, Masala, Chatnj, butter is mixed with the grilled chicken. This is how the delicious Butter Chicken made!
