★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience buying meat from them. They are such Leachs that even after paying them 600 they don’t send you the order till you pay them the delivery fees in advance. We kept waiting for four hours with the masala ready but till the end did inform me that you didn’t pay Rs.40 so we didn’t send the order. Such cheats. If you are into business business have Have patience and heart that you will get the balance at the time of delivery sick people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 2kg of mutton and chicken each from this shop, after it got delivered I checked the weight and found 300gms less in each of these items. I asked the shopkeeper about it and he started debating that such instance is not possible and they have provided 2kg for each item and to consider wastage as well. In chicken I can understand about the wastage but for mutton? There shouldn't be any... More than that they were asking for a full payment. Even, they clarified it with their delivery boy whether the packets were still sealed or i have broken the seal... Even the delivery boy understood the problem and as he is not the owner he couldn't help me. Finally, i returned it.
The best part is ordered the same items but of different quantity from another shop and tried to cross check whether I went wrong in the first instance or not... Again I measured the weight and, mutton came out to be 1954/1944gms and chicken weighed 1350gms(as I ordered 1500gms and considering the wastage). I asked this shopkeeper about the wastage, he clarified that for mutton there is almost zero wastage as it's already processed whereas in chicken it will be a loss of 100-150gms.
I'm posting it so that consumers should be aware of such shopkeepers and always measure such items after getting delivered, rather not to trust them completely. Such people doesn't give a damn about money, customer experience and integrity rather think of profit margins though they say "free home delivery", "customer trust" and "fair weight". Such a camouflaging! For these people, consumers stop trusting other shopkeepers who does business with better integrity and policies.
For customers, atleast for me money matters... Just for awareness
