★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9 out 11 members who performed Umrah during December 2018 were first timers. AL-Kareem tours team was fully prepared to give best experience that we can have.
Right from our first discussion about travel package to the completion of our pilgrimage, AL-KAREEM team was wonderful.
Team arranged Forex and SIM cards along with complimentary bags before our travel.
All the formalities were completed conveniently at our door step. Team arranged the best travel arrangements.
Arrangements at Hilton hotel at Makkah and Saja Al Madinah at Madinah were beyond expectations.
All the team members be it Mr.Ahad and Mr.Abdul in India and Mr. Aamir at Saudi were very cooperative. They have under promised and over performed to make our pilgrimage a very enduring experience of our life time.
insha'Allah , if Allah blesses, all our future trip for Hajj and Umrah will be with AL-KAREEM Tours and Travels.

The tour guide and the vehicle provided for us were very professional.there were no discomfort .the staffs of al Kareem are also very understanding ,helpful and will solve any problems if faced immediately.
