The place is located on maid road in rk puram and is the main eatery of this label. Now they have branches in multiple places in Delhi NCR. The family restaurant is where they only allow family so it's quite a decent place to eat. Alcohol is not served here so come if you really want to eat a tasty meal. We tried kakori kebab (literally melts in mouth), Nihari (just perfect), chicken changeghi(decently spicy) and other mutton curry. They have different curry for all. Varqi paratha is a must try. Sheermal is sweet so order if you a sweet bread. Overall food is worth it. They are quite fast so it's perfect for a quick bite as well.

I ordered Mutton Biryani for lunch today with two pieces. It came in a nice clay pot. The rice quantity is perfect for one person. The food was decent but the mutton pieces did not have much meat (mostly bones).

Went around 2 pm so got a table pretty quickly. This is not a fine dining place but the dining room is clean enough. For food we got a bit of everything, chicken kakori and galauti kabab, mutton nihari, roomali roti, vakri paratha and Lucknow biryani. Everything was great ! The service was pretty good too. This place is value for money.

Stopped here after almost 6-7 years, and the kakori kebabs are still awesome. The best kakori kebabs that melt in your mouth. And quick service too. Must say it is one of the most authentic mughlai food outside the old Delhi area. And the board says serving since 1896. Mutton burra and mutton nihari are also great. Non vegetarians paradise.

Visited this outlet yesterday after a review from one of a most famous youtubers. No doubt the food is good, but value for money or not, we'll undecided on that part. The owners of the place, if reading this, should realise that if they're charging prices which is at par with and hip and fancy restaurant they should atleast "TRY" and give the facilities at par. When the mercury is at its peak, 3 out of 5 air conditioners, not working. Water bottle given to us, warm, No ice cubes available, I had to literally send my son to the shop in the area to buy and get ice. Thumbs up given, also warm. All in all, the only thing working for the place is the food. If I wanted to have a street food experience, I would've gone to Jama Masjid or Nizamuddin. I would really think twice again, before I revisit this place. In one word, disappointed with the place. Totally avoidable.

I had an amazing time there. We ordered mutton kakori kabab, mutton galauti kabab, Afghani chicken, mutton Shahi korma with varqi parantha, khamiri roti and rumali roti, and chicken biryani. I absolutely loved everything. I tried varqi parantha for the first time, it's crispy and slightly sweet, goes well with everything. Khamiri roti was very fluffy and good. I loved the kakori kabab and galauti kabab. Must try! Staff is very polite and they will help you out with the menu if needed.
