★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs. I went with them several years ago at Arbaeen, and found them wanting. They had no accomodation available, and many people in the tour ended up sleeping on stairs due to their planning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Needs to improve The Tour Saalaar Mushtaque Murtazvi's attitude, as he is a very misbehaved person ever. Doesnt know how to behave with senior citizens and Zaireens. Mr. Mushtaque needs to know that it's a paid tour by the Zaireens n not been paid by him. He needs to also understand that hotel,food and travel arrangements needs to be done prior to the tour dates as he thinks he is doing a favour on the zaireens. The treatment between zaireens is biased by him. On complaining about other problems his reaction to it is pathetic. Mr. Mushtaque Murtazvi's behaviour needs to be taken care of as he doesnt have sense of manners and ettiquettes. And we make sure that Al wafa's license gets cancelled, as i dont want other zaireens to suffer with the same as i did. And i am sure his behaviour is not gonna change.

The tour head Mushtaque bhai needs to learn ettiquettes and manners as he doesnt know the real meaning of ziyarat n Zaireens on the tour.. totally business oriented n selfish person.. if we complain about any wrong aspect on the tour or management then he makes sure people suffer more and treats zaireens as slaves. Needs better arrangements for hotels,food and travel as zaireens suffered a lot for these aspects ... he says his marketing gets spoiled if we complain about other aspects during the tour. Zaireens were forced for travelling in d worse situations as Mushtaque bhai scared them for their passports to be taken and put into jails.. fake promises.. a big no no for this tour as these people are cheaters and their license should be cancelled. Especially Mr. MUSHTAQUE MURTAZVI needs to be thrown out of this tour team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Done 15shaban makhsusi in karbala with Al wafa tours. Wonderful experience.. best Hotels and good buffet meal with variety of veg and non veg dishes. Thoughtfully program of duas and lectures conducted.
Will look forward to many more ziyarats with Al wafa tours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completed my trip in March 2022 and it was great experience. Generally People complian about their ziyarats and about hardships always. Thanks to Group Organizers Mushtaq Bhai and Fahim Bhai who has managed it well and made a pleasant experience for all zaireens. I will prefer to travel for my next ziyarats with Alwafa. Inshallah.
