★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to be very careful when working here they deduct your salary for NO reason whatsoever!! Hard work and dedication is NOT appreciated at all!! You are not paid for the leaves you collect in the duration you work for them if you decide to leave the company and threatened in the cheapest way possible if you do. Upon asking for documents you are entitled to receive (relieving letter, form 16, etc...) you would be given a run around. THE worst place I ever worked at and I worked there for over 5 years!!!

Employees get free snacks and drinks. Productive environment. Surrounding have ample amount of place to eat. very positive vibes ones you enter the company. you feel energized and pumped to get the work done.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place to work. One of the highest Salary payer in Nagpur. Its not an MNC so can't expect much, however overall a fun loving work culture n atmosphere. If management can start accepting employees feedback n take appropriate actions there is no looking back for this organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s an okay place to work. This was my second company I worked but could not work for more than a year. It’s night shift as it’s a US process. Answering 3 calls at a time. Day by day you realise it’s physically tiring and mentally challenging job. I left the company for my own good but people are good and the work and pay is rewarding. I must say this is a better place to work rather than working for stupid call centres all around. Great management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alacrity BPO is the WORST place to work with the management is the WORST management no help during pandemic all other companies provided salary they denied to pay also the managers also stopped answering calls from owner to managers every one is involved also the HR is of no use I imagine why do they have a HR when she can not help they don’t deserve even one star you will regret working with them as everyone does it was waste of time not a employee centric organisation also no etiquette’s no professionalism again a WORST place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's only been a month for me to be here. And TBH, the management, process managers, TL & colleagues are very much friendly. The atmosphere around me in & out the office is good & neutral. Owner seems to a humble & kind person. Safe for womens to work here at night. Processes are also good & of high standards. Maintaining the quality & productivity is what they need from us to move one step ahead. Mess/Canteen needs to be updated alot. Rest I haven't explored so can't say anything. Will let you know.
