★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for purchase honda two wheeler as compare to other showroom, even service staff are so good. they belive in doing same thing in different manner or way.I always suggest to my friend and family member for alankar honda.
I also visit in i.c. honda, Prema honda, pahadiya honda. But they are very professional.
Now in alankar, I feel like home, they listen in good manner, behaviour of service staff is so polite.
Also service facility is very very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Scooty was damaged. They said it will only take 4 days to repair it, but they took 13 days to do so.
And told me to visit the store even when the was work was not done. Wasted my time.
They damaged the starting switch and charged money for it.
Good thing they did the work and they accept cashless payments.
PS: Don't leave anything inside your vehicle. Else it will get lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want your bike to get serviced, you need to reach by 7:30 in the morning. Service is fairly good. Service time is a bit stretchy.

Scam, scammers, looting money
I visited my nearest honda service centre, for my vehicle (activa 125) services, they told this is what i need in order to fix my vehicle problem.
We did alll the necessary servicing, and even few of exterior changes also. But that is where the problem started.
First day it self when we visited the service centre my vehicle has no change, they told me to wait and we will do it now,.i waited long and they finished the servicing in hurry, its was almost late 7PM.
I came back to home after finishing the services and the next day i started hearing a sound from my engine, first I thought it could be something else, but then the sound became so vocal that I knew there are some problem.
Note: before servicing my engine was proper and there was no sound at all, i was able to accelerate the speed but after after servicing my I was unable pull my engine its talking time to pull and increase speed plus noise from engine.
I visited the service centre to inquiry this and get proper solution, because they did something and the problem occured.
Problem: the service centre people were very rude and they said its not our fault and to solve problem i need to pay again.(that is pathetic).
I have already paid nearly 7965(rupees). And there asking more money for the problem which they created and problem wasn't there before the servicing.
They were just not listening and forcing me to pay the money again and said we have did all the chnages which was required. (If so then why my engine is making noise(should have been resolved after the servicing - that's were we went to serving centre to make my vehicle back to new again).
Because of them my engine is now having problems and they are not resolving it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought new honda sp 125, I have noticed that bike back meadiguard was tilt to right side then I said this that solve this problem. showroom staff ignore my point and argue to roughly.
So guys be aware to purchase bike this showroom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Showroom with well behaved staff. Nice ambience with fully air-conditioned premises. They offer mineral water and tea with warm response. They have only kept Honda Highness and CB350 RS with all color varient. If you are planning to purchase go for this showroom.
