★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Obsession is Important to every Business but I didn't find in Alfa,I had an shoot in studio after editing my photo I have checked my face in Mirror for 2 min they did worst of the worst..I belived they are professionals but not..sorry?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste editing ever seen, we have taken raw marrage photos and paid the full amount too. But the work they have done was not at all satisfying, shown some brilliant stuff in the beginning before giving our album. After that every time we took an initiative and begging for our album. I'm telling you, in the first editing they simply put the raw pictures in the existing album without changing the names, backgrounds, not even good photos.
After that we asked them to change them, they told that this album was done the best person on there studio. Laterally feed up with them. Finally unsatisfingly took the album. Money isn't refundable or else I have choosen a normal studio and done a better editing than these. These is negative and frustrated feedback I'm giving to you, atleast give a proper response to customers first of all.
