★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased an IFB 1.5 ton split AC from Alibaba Electronics few weeks back. The guy who installed AC was an arrogant and unprofessional fellow. The very next day of installation, the water started leaking. Despite our repeated calls the fellow didn't come to fix it. Alibaba didnt give any response either. We called IFB co then some fellow came and tried to stop the water flow. Though the water leakage stopped but now our entire wall got damaged as the water leaked inside the wall. Despite, our complaint IFB or Alibaba did not respond. Please do not buy anything from Alibaba as the customer service is pathetic. Also, please don't go for IFB products, the after sale service is horrible. Now, I have to spend couple of thousand Rupees to reinstall the AC and repair and paint my wall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a store which should be avoided . The sales people have a Zero Knowledge about the products and only thing they are interested is just to get the card swiped quickly. Bought a Panasonic AC was told that its Jan 2021 Batch but the the AC Cartons Date of Manufacturing was intentionally damaged and when raised the issue at the time of Delivery they were full of excuses. Jagdish the sales person has no Answer to my queries. Trust was betrayed and will never buy from them and would request new buyers to avoid them. Pic of carton attached.

We purchased a new AC two weeks ago. They sent a guy to install the AC. The guy didn't install the outdoor unit properly due to which the gas leaked out completely. We were confused as to why the AC wasn't working properly. We reached out to the guys who were responsible for installation. They sent in some other guys after a couple of days. One of them came and checked the fault. He told us that the guy who installed it didn't do his job properly and some of the screws were loose. As a result, the gas leaked out of the outdoor unit.
After raising several complaints, they didn't replace the outdoor unit but sent in some guys to refill the gas in the outdoor unit (mind you that this was actually a new AC that just came out of the box packaging). The AC worked fine for a few days. However, it has started causing issues again and doesn't cool properly. We tried raising a complaint but didn't get a response. We reached out to Alibaba Electronics and they said that they'll send in an engineer by our place. It's been more than a week since they have been giving us rounds of the same thing that they'll be sending in an engineer. Their salesmen put up a smiling face when you're buying something and won't even entertain you when you have an issue with the product.
We have now decided to raise a formal complaint against them for screwing us.
