About Aligarh College Of Engineering & Technology
The Aligarh College of Engineering & Technology was established by the Jawahar Vidyalaya Society in the year 2001 with the main objective of providing quality education in the field of Engineering & Technology to fulfill the aspirations of young and aspiring students of not only Aligarh region but across the length and breadth of India. The vision of the management is to provide such facilities in a college with high quality professional education, so that the students can develop capabilities to achieve a rewarding career in life. The college is situated at 3.0 Km from Aligarh city on the Aligarh – Mathura Road. It is well – connected from all parts of the country through Aligarh Railway Jn. of North-Central Railway located on Delhi – Howrah main line. It embodies the mission of providing education in professional fields through student centric experimental learning and providing national and international exposure by conducting seminars and workshops. The college has the latest audio-visual facilities with a state-of-theart Computer Centre, advanced multimedia training methodology etc. The students get full opportunity to develop their personality and communication skills through extra-curricular and co-curricular activities, like educational clubs, cultural societies and student

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place on this planet....even God is very much angry with the management and the teaching techniques, they collect fine from students for nothing...if you can gave them exactly 95% attendance then they will allow you to exams. ..otherwise they will terminate you....its good to be called a jail instead of college..even your primary school life is 1000000000000crore times better than this....hope you understand....at last dont choose this college...even dont choose the way of this college to reach the destination.... thank you...

Job really depends on a student knowledge....
Hw will a clg provide a core job when u don't hv even bookish knowledge????
Yes bt when you're from local then they would not provide you transportation facilities as others
And in final year you have to pay transportation fee that's not minimum bt they will not allow buses for a single day ......
You have to choose wisely if you aren't from Aligarh.....bcz there is a lot of struggle if you are not from Aligarh...
Otherwise huge respect for faculty ??
In last year I wished I should have chosen other college ...bcz my father didn't had free time daily to drop me there and I got shortlisted for attendance issue so had to pay 10k just for rubbish......
And *management* don't expect anything plz...

My brother studied there in Civil branch. He told me every time about the cases of this college. He didn't get placement from there even didn't get any chance to participate in any placement drive because no one comes here to hire civil branch students.
Civil department doesn't have sufficient faculty.
Rest up to you... Good luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ College is nice but their is a lot of scope of improvement... As the management need to understand that it's not a school.. please let students enjoy the college life...give them some freedom some space to live and explore.
There should be a transparent system for everything... Specially the fines and fees system. The laboratories should be upgraded as per the industry needs.. that's all i have to say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good in education but there is no sports in this college,and it is full of rules like school Like you have to be well dressed sleeves down , short hair and mainly if you don't attend the lecture, HOD yell on you and if you want to leave college early before departure time you have to write application with genuine reason "y r u going home" otherwise gatekeeper don't let you go out ... So, pls don't take admission here if you want to enjoy your college life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst college or it is more a school .....all the rules and regulations r like schools ...or in only bca and mca department is good ....all the teachers are very good and professional in bca and mca.. b.tech department is worst ...most of the teacher are very unprofessionals...timing if the college is even worse ...labs are not even upgrade ....it's like 2001 system are use ....classes condition are not good .....in second year u will realize this college is even more worse ....don't take admission In b.tech here....
