2. Public Washroom is also missing in this large Township Area.
& There are such many things, can't write cause don't want to stretch this post.
Overall It's an average Township, Planned by Owner to make a good profit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is nice society. I just visited once so what I saw I am telling here. There is temple security guard with CCTV camera display. 55lac* price of here's to hire your own home not flat. Not sure that much....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited in evening time, so couldn't see much but I found it as a peaceful place. It is far from center of city wich gives a benefit that there is very less pollution and on other hand connectivity may be a bit problem. Inner views is nice, roads are not wide but for a closed door society these are fine because parking are is given separately. So, people don't park on roads. Most of the plots are with buildings and there are few which may be available for sell/resell. So, if you are not having a job at Jaipur and want to stay at Jaipur, it may be a good colony for you but if you are having a job or some other connections from Jaipur city, then you have to look at your daily routine before buying a home/plot in this society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only few of the projects which sold as it was in finishing process. Rates were good when we purchased a flat there a year ago, my uncle lives here... nice locality with a good market nearby with almost all of the supplies. Hardly 15km from railway station and nicely connected with Bus no. 10B and Tempo/MagicAce no. 19. But if u are looking for private cab booking better book it before 6pm as most drivers deny going into city after that.
