★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Alkurn Technologies to create a website for me. The website was a pretty big deal and therefore I was unable to find a designer in my country that could handle the workload and provide both efficient service and product. Alkurn Technologies proved themselves to be an honest and diligent team. They kept to my time constraints that I imposed at the beginning of the contract and remained true to their word and the exact dates as I expressed them. They understood websites emphatically and created a website that was not only inclusive of my needs but that was beyond my imagination. The contract went longer than we expected due to business constraints and even in this case the team kept in close communication and were patient and respectful of what was happening. They presented themselves for calls that were both scheduled and impromptu which I really appreciated. I have placed high respect on Alkurn Technologies as few businesses provide the level of diligence and skill they present anymore. Fluent in the English and definitely an experience I will endorse over and over again. Well done guys. I have a fabulous website now and I have you and your team to thank. I appreciate you. Working with you was very refreshing. I recommend Alkurn Technologies without issue. Thanks Guys. Great Job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Alkurn Technologies based on promises that we would have a professional team and company working on our webpage design and development, and a good English speaking project manager that would lead the project. When we first realised we were not getting the expected outcome we spent countless hours trying to provide and communicate our detailed feedback, but no real improvements were made after months of delay leaving us with nothing useable at all. We then had to go into arbitration to try and claim back costs and advances paid to what we assumed was a professional counterpart, only to realize they had been hiding behind the Freelancer status given to them by the Upwork Platform and they were as such not held responsible for not delivering any usable outcome, and awarded full compensation for their time spent on a "nice try". This has left us as the clients and the technically less competent party with all the project risk including for items well outside our control, which is a crucial flaw in the Upwork platform and a very important consideration to remember when considering engaging both Alkurn Technologies and any other such "freelance" companies.
Not able to develop a functional website in accordance with the agreed specifications and required functionalities, only creating small parts of the functions without ever being able to incorporate the needed level of detail and tie everything together. Same issues for the overall web design items - some nicely designed sections were put forward, but they were never able to provide a unified design profile for the whole page, incl simple things like a colour profile or font scheme, even after months of detailed feedback.

If your project doesn't have a critical deadline and you have the dedicated time and patience to support this company in completing your project successfully, then I would go with them. If you do hire them, do NOT pay them in full or write any reviews until your project is 100% completed, meaning delivered and fully functional to your approval and satisfaction.

Without a doubt this team is absolutely the best Web development team you can find. They provide quality work and are driven to meet your expectations. There was an underestimation of time to deliver this project, but I'm an IT Consultant with over 25 years of experience and this is part of the Development Life Cycle.
Provide this team the support they need to deliver your project and they will provide amazing results. I will be working with them on many more projects and would highly recommend them.

Updated Review - NEVER AGAIN!!!
After our original review below and paying this company in full, I've decided to update this review and give this company 1 star. Why?
Well 4 months after the original review the project is still incomplete. Minor issues that take less than a day to resolve now take weeks. Recurring bugs, gross lack of communication, developer resource availability, project mismanagement, I can go on. When they fix one thing they break another. Changes being introduced without approval. They deliver work that isn't quality tested. I have provided them 1000% support on all the requirements of this project which began in February 2019 and was expected to be delivered in less than 3 months, yet 11 months later we're still finding issues. Getting them to fix these issues nowadays is like pulling teeth and we're lucky to receive a response when we report bugs.
If not for our commitment to completing this project and avoiding additional expenses, we would've chosen another company to finish fixing all the issues we discovered after the site was delivered (things that were working prior to the site being delivered).
If your project doesn't have a critical deadline and you have the dedicated time and patience to support this company in completing your project successfully, then I would go with them. Otherwise give serious consideration to other companies. If you do hire them, do NOT pay them in full or write any reviews until your project is 100% completed, meaning delivered and fully functional to your approval and satisfaction.
