We have booked for Bali Indonesia trip through Anshul Shah. Our group was of approx 30. We had planned for the 1st time with All 4 Seasons, Ahmedabad.
Initially he didn't care to give competitive offer. After negotiation, Mr. Rahul Nandvar came into matter.
After booking confirmation, and all payments timely done, they ignored our calls and messages to provide us hotel vouchers and air tickets, which was delivered before 10 days only. They even rejected to provide souvenir bags and stuff (generally provided by any travel Cos.), which felt like offended.
After reaching at destination, we found that instead sending a tour manager, they have passed on complete package to a local travel company. We had some issues regarding rooms and meals, for which AFS(All 4 seasons) didn't show good approach. Even they didn't care to call regularly to check whether the trip is going smoothly or not. Here AFS failed to provide good service an created bad impression.
We had several travellers following strict Jain diet, they had to convince and beg with hotel staff daily to provide them meals, because food instructions was not given to them by AFS, what we Heard. Many of us couldn't get Veg. Breakfast at hotel too.
We managed to adjust(rather Enjoy) in Bali and followed the itinerary.
Our tour manager Yas Tina(U & I travels, Bali) was very much cooperative and had extended all possible ways to make our trip memorable. We enjoyed the Bali and came with good memories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a responsibility of the local tour agent to provide all details about the hotel you have inquired for and also suggest the the package with best deal which you are looking for.
When you are going for earliest booking to fulfill your priories and it will not provided then the customer will definitely not satisfy for your services.
After sale services also matters.
I will not recommend you further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited Bali with family. The place as said is so serene and breathtaking. All of us had a great time. Our experience was enhanced by All Four Season. They gave us the best air tickets. All the hotel bookings were made for us beforehand. They gave us great packages. Considering the fact that we are vegetarians and it is almost impossible to find vegetarian food around the island, they also found us Indian restaurant. They made us an itinerary so we faced no chaos or confusion. They engaged us up with a local company called U&I. That was an amazing way to help us explore the island and not miss out on any attraction. After all who knows the place better than the one’s living there. From the planning to until we were back All Four Season took care of every small detail and made sure we had no issues. Couldn’t have had a better vacation if it wasn’t for All Four Seasons and U&I
