Very bad staff and service here in this branch

Plz don't open any account here.. it is full of unprofessional officer they don't know anything... Passbook printing takes 20-30 min ...not sure if it works... Their server is always not working..their computer hanging.. lots of issues ...

Allahabad bank Lukerganj branch have not a good staff. All the staff is really rude and unprofessional. They behave according the person, I mean to say if you are educated then they behave nicely and if you are illiterate their behaviour are worst and aggressive. My mom was not litterate she has some problem in her FD so she went there and asked some help but no one help her and talk so rudely but when I reach there and talked to them then they said actually we are so busy some time its happen. This is my experience. Now I want to share other experience, I saw an old man few years before he was really upset. When I ask him what happen he said to me whole story. He told me that his wife dead and he was there for his wife money. He don’t know how to fill up the money transfer form, so he asked to help everyone no one help him so he gave 3000 money to lawyer to fill up the form. He also tell me that his wife expire 5 months before when he first come here to ask help the employee Said that your wife has no nominees so you are in trouble. That old man has already lost her wife and spend his money in the hospital but bank has no sympathy. In that day I thought what is the rule of the govt. is really need for any nominees in wife account or husband account. I mean to say if her wife money transfer to their children account then it May be right about the nominees but what about the husband. He was his husband and its prove by his passbook under her wife name. Why does these employees not understood situation of man. Its true everybody save their money from their children and husband in their presence of life after death they really want their money give to their family. Death person soul is also upset if they saw there family struggling their own money. My Question is why Lukerganj branch staff do not help to people to fill their form? I believe investigation but that’s bank task why they disturb the old man’s life The first and last thing is why they are so rude and aggressive. In private and other govt. bank its no happen. I am really disappointed that’s why I am not recommend to any body there to open account. But I am also waiting a day when someone really tell me that now Lukerganj branch changed.
