★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sad state of affairs over here got my Aadhar updated staff is rude and arrogant . My line no. was 18 but was shifted to 29 to accommodate so called staff member on questioning they aggressively said that they are gonna shutdown there work and all persons standing will suffer . Male employe is the worst he make mistakes and half of the people where here to correct the mistakes made by him .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am facing lot of problem since last 3 months, my passbook was full, i had to go to the bank three times for new passbook, after the expiration of my ATM card, the new ATM had to go back three to four times and ATM has not started even after more than two months has elapsed. If we call in the branch then there is no response from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a useless bank. Poor services. Old staff who will not tell you what to do in one go, and derive pleasure in pointing your mistakes and make you come again and again. I would recommend this bank if you are a new customer. It's a chakkar katao bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time here is usually high in spite of less rush. Staff is not so caring for customers. Air-conditioning is normally good. Entrance is through steps so there is no wheelchair accessibility. Parking is on usually on the road and one has to struggle for the slot. Location is good, easily accessible. Wheelchair compatible parking is there. Staff seems to be inadequate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and extremely unreliable! We have visited this bank twice to have a minor issue taken care of and the staff were unhelpful. In addition, their computer system often shuts down unexpectedly during banking hours leaving customers waiting for indeterminate periods of time! I would avoid this bank if you can help it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever exits. The staff is extremely rude. And they just don't want to work. My account and debit card were not working. I visted the branch as well and they put all the fault on me that i dont know how to use a debit card, although I got that msg that my account is inoperative, the staff guy says its active, you don't know how to use. Poor service. Never get caught with this idiot bank. They provide the worst service. You have to visit the bank everyday to resolve some problem which happens because of the fault of bank. And they will anyhow disrespect you..
