β β β β β Worst possible bank. I wish I could give them a negative star. Chaotic environment. Horrible management. Irresponsible staff. After the merger with IB it has gone from bad to worse. To do a simple kyc update they took 7 whole months. Had to submit it 3 times to get it done. First the receiving staff had misplaced the filled-in form. 2nd time they entered wrong details. 3rd time they needed to take biometrics but the server was down. By then the a/c had become inoperative. Some of the staff are just sitting at a loan counter, doing nothing. They don't care if they lose customers, coz they have a permanent central govt job and are getting fully paid anyway. It's the customers who have to bear the total brunt of harassment.
