Never expected that this kind of service you provide....
Neither you receive the call of your customer nor giving any response of mail.....
If I were in the city I would just take all the medium of exchange from my account and go to any other private bank....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the bank today with my mother to talk to the bank manager about some of our FD certificate... When I try to talk about my father's fixed deposit , I was very disappointed that no bank staff helped us...No employee at the bank helped us in that way and even the bank manager treated us very rudely and asked "KI HOYECHE"...Despite my mother being a senior citizen, the bank manager never asked my mother to sit down.
Even the bank manager asks me if I have a job even though it does not fall within her rights...
Bank employees and managers treat us with such rudeness that money is not our property, it is the property of the bank...We , as a customer , did not expect such a rude treatment of a customer from that bank...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old staff who sits in cash very cooperativre or otherwise they have to learn working style from Axis Bank,charu Market Branch and this might be one of the reason customers shifting to Axis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody picks up the phone....I've homeloan in this Bank but getting interest certificate is another big hassle. Manager got transferred and can't connect the present Manager also. This is not my first experience. I've been facing this throughout. Previously hassle was less now for the last 3 yrs it has increased. I know during Covid situation everything is getting disrupted. We are bearing with it but not to that extent which is unacceptable. I won't refer this bank anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a useless and hopeless bank! They never pick up the call. Still few employees there were very soft spoken and polite. But soon after it amalgamated with Indian Bank Employees changed and the new employees are rude, non helpful and behave in such a way that they are doing some "kripa" on you! And every month there will be some calculatinal error or unnecessary deduction or transaction error and you have to visit once or twice and you have to write a application or two and after few visits and long waits your issue will get resolved. One employee told me that he is busy he is working he can't help, he behaved like I went to play games or just to chat with him what a looser!! I have given two stars only because of the aged employees of cash counter they are so fast and polite. But I have decided to close my account and will do it ASAP. Will recommend you to do the same. And also they offer rupay card not a visa unlike other banks. So that's to a problem for me.
