โ โ โ โ โ They always have interviews for MBA HR every month year around in naukri website. Every month either one or two hr would give a call letter for attending face to face interview or they would call repeatedly asking to come for interviews to meet their daily quotas/targets.
Despite knowing the work culture and high attrition rate in this company, from reviews in glassdoor and by other employees, I had went for the interview after several pushy interview calls to their office near dairy circle. for f2f interview.
When I asked the hiring recruiter about why your company always sent interview call and emails every day and had asked about attrition rate of employees in company she could not tell me any thing properly, beating around the bush, blah blah. So, from here on thought... I get to know about the culture/status of company. Finally, didn't got selected despite having best of resume, academics, activities and talent... Wasted time going so far for interview to their office in the afternoon heat.
