★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allen Solly, the brand which has charmed our fathers and forefathers are being destroyed by the Aditya Birla Group and mainly by these stores.
I have had purchased a denim jeans which turned out to be pathetic and there is no way to redress it. There is no customer help number and Allen Solly do not reply to emails.
I've very disheartened at the outcome and would like all to be cautious at the further purchases.
Pro Tip: Please keep a picture of the invoice as in my case it was a blank paper due to ink which had no impression. I was acknowledged because I had a membership which reflected by purchase. And since it was 7months after the purchase, they denied to anything.
