★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so good speed, might be because of roads reconstruction frequently happen, & there optic fiber gets cut, this is the excuse which I get max time when I complain about the internet issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ your local service providers negligence created two blasts in my home , my router burned to ashes ,my cctv set up burned , my tv got damaged , and then the local service providers threatned me also , i have mailed all pictures with documents , alliance says its lco's responsibility , lco says to deal with alliance as we acted according to alliance 's instruction , alliance also admitted that lco is their agent , every conversation is recorded with me. if no action is i am suing all of you for damages , harassment and endangering our life and property . They still have my dvr and cctv in their possession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since Amphan it is the ninth day without broadband service. Their cistomer care number is always not reachable. The local service provider doesnt pick up the call. One of the worst services I have ever experienced.

I have very bad experience with alliance broadband, everyday facing packet loss and speed issue since three months.
No support from alliance broadband. Almost 20 times I have send mail but didn't get a single reply.
Customer care also didn't answer the phone calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely irresponsible service. Please do not fall in trap of Alliance if you really need value for money. 2 weeks now internet constantly losses connectivity not possible to continue with them anymore as its hapering my office hours lossing hours of my work. I recharged for 1 year and its the biggest trap I have been into.So far used only for 3 months since then they stop attending your call keep on saying we are trying when you mail them but no improvement. You as a customer have to call constantly to track your service request. Requested for refund but they stop answering you. Its not possible for me to continue I have no other choice but to loose my 9 month remaining and move out to different network circle complete waiste of both money and time.

1. Speed drops significantly during evening hours.
2. Can upgrade but cannot downgrade your pack on your own. Have to ask your local dealer to send an email to Alliance from their end.
