★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use this service ever . The most worst service i have ever seen in my life . I am using the service for last 4 years, but this service is worst. All the local SITI cable operators are said to advertise the service and most probably they request u all to take the service. But taking this service will be the worst decision of your life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a customer for the last 2 and a 1/2 years and I thought they were brilliant and often referred them to people seeking broadband connection but then there was a change of operator in our locality and when our connection broke down after a storm, this guy, whose name is asim dhar,in the name of repairing our connection, tried to push sell the new fibre optic cables without even informing us that it will cost us 1000 rupees. When we refused the new thing for now and just wanted our connection back, he cut our connection abruptly although he had taken the full payment for next month just 2 days back.We called the customer care but they did nothing apart from giving us false assurances. This is the sorry state of Alliance these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst internet service you could ever imagine of. Selling the plan saying upto 50 Mbps but at times you will eeven find it hard to open Google. No response from them or rude response when claiming for the service. In Kolkata 700008 please try and contact your broker or else consumers now will go to consumer forrum for your scam business.

Rainman, I think this is the first time anyone's posted this idea as an OP. Usually we're saying it in response to someone wanting to decrease the character minimum. I just read a restaurant review (whose minimum is only 100) in preparation for an upcoming business trip that said something like, "I don't even know where to begin! So good mmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmm mmm! Delicious is all I can say!" Well, honey, if that's all you can say, why the #%&! are you writing a review?
I understand that brevity can be a virtue, but when you can't state more than an opinion, don't waste my time by posting a review. Many members see reviews as a way to "express themselves" as opposed to helping other travelers. It seems like they want to make themselves feel good by letting the world know what they think, but they're not giving travelers anything useful to read. Maybe increasing the character minimum will be a step towards changing that philosophy.

cant even diagnose problems for over 3 months
lack of communication between team
different engineers call up and ask abput the same problem, BUT NEVER GETS FIXED
lack of experience
lack of ANY knowledge whatsoever in engineers
any 18 year old kid with good CS knowledge would be a better fit
ping goes >150ms with FIBRE CONNECTION and they took 3+ months still not fixed
company or a joke
and the toll free number
is like the biggest scam
always wait in queue
i doubt the queue even consists of 10 people waiting xD
so lack of staff as well
Good luck with your phone being connected as you gotta try atleast an hour before someone attends :) :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The network is very good, if you don't mind losing internet everytime there is a light rain or if the wind blows too hard. My LCO is a incompetent brain dead monkey, I don't understand why alliance doesn't just get a MOU with some other LCO.
