★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their support center is very weak and they are very unprofessional. You will be extremely lucky if they picks up your call in times of need. No punctuality no curtsy. Absolutely Rubbish.After 1000 times of ringing they fixes the problem. So annoying ?
But, sometimes they give decent Internet connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even deserve 1 star . This provider is worst . when you have some problem regarding your internet service their phone will be switch off they maintaining office time for calling . They switch on their phone at 11 am and switch of at lunch time and after 6 pm obviously . I don't know why they give their phone no to the customer when it is switch off every time. Just think if you have face some problem at Friday night it will be resolve at Monday morning after 11 am when they pick up the call . worst experience ever .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Internet connection goes away note and then. At least 4 times a day these problem arrises. Sometimes their speed is good but it is very annoying if you are in the middle of the meeting and the bandwidth decreases or link goes away. Complains doesn't solve things. They only say we are seeing and God only knows aghat they keeps on seeing. If you are looking for a steady connection then they are not the people you are looking for. This is high time Alliance should take care of their ill reputation and give customer genuine services. I have complained both written and verbal but nothing seemed to solve the daily problem of this internet chinen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mankundu, Hoogly office of Alliance is horrible. There is no connectivity early in the morning, every day. They keep their phones switched off. You can call customer care any time, but even they cannot reach the technicians, coz they dont want to be reached and their phones are off. Horrible experience. Alliance broadband must change their franchise partner of Mankundu RIGHT NOW.
