★ ★ ★ ★ ★ User for almost a year now, so can do justice to review. Overall a satisfactory service from Alliance team Malda. Speed is good but this is the least you expect from a broadband, there's nothing to be elated about, you're paying for it. But what I like the most about them is their prompt response after any instance of internet failure, this is where they're a standout performer and this is the box many fail to tick. As they say nothing can be perfect in the earth, still for their service the entire alliance team deserves a 5 star.
