β β β β β Speed is not stable, internet goes off quite often, service is bad, My plan is 80mbps unlimited but I get around 6 - 15mbps during day and 25 - 35mbps during night. On very rare occasions it goes upto 50 mbps.
Its not just me, many people in my society are facing similar problems. This speed is after I complained about the slow speed to customer care. But still nowhere near what my plan is.

β β β β β Pathetic service and connection, every week connection is down for 2 to 3 days minimum, but this is not all, they charge for 100 MBPS but the actual speed is close to 60 -70 MBPS only. Company is charging huge price for poor services, There is no investment done by the company on infrastructure to make the service better. There are days when I have raise service now ticket daily for a week to fix the connection even though the lame excuse was provided by the company. Distributors of the connection is also not reliable at all they would not respond when the connection goes down. Service Tickets needs to be raised to fix the connection and the timeline is for 1 day to 1 week.
Companies trade licence and book of account should be scrutinized by Income Tax & GST Department. Such scandal and robbery need to stop.
