I am using this ISP since last November. Last 2-3 months I have have seen that in morning time no network, I have talked with customer care, they have told as local partner is looking after that, they can't do anything, and local partner starts their work at 10 am, though in website it is written 24*7 support is there. Local partner insisted to switch to fiber connection. What the ****? I request everybody please don't go for this ISP.

When i started using their broadband for the first time it was really good fast and reliable although didn't liked the behaviour of the operator but after using their connection for over 2 years their internet started detroiting. I have a CAT 5 wire and for that they all time just turns off my invernet without any notice and when i complain about the fault the only thing they ever told me was"take the optic fiber". I know optic is good but when i am good with CAT 5 whats even the point of shifting to optic. So today again it happend i was surfing through the web and suddenly my internet went of and this time they said " they wont be resuming my services until i opt for the optic fiber" idk why they harras people like that. Alliance has a really good base in broadband service in Kolkata but there are some operator who make them seem worse. Yeah gonna go tom to take optic.

They use to be good back in the day. Now the have the worst customer support. They will take money at the end of the month but when it comes to reparing lines the are no were to be seen. Also the way they speak to their customers is very rude. I had cat5 now out of the blues the are saying if u dont get fiber we wont fix ur connection. They are also charging whatever the feel like for fiber line. Also their fiber optic is not true fiber optics. They use cat servers and use converters to change them to fiber cables. Get jio fiber or airtel fiber. Good backup , good speed. I regret wasting my money on then.

Worst customer service. They keep charging for unnecessary updates. Just 2 years ago they charged 1500/- bucks for optic fibre. I have no internet connection since 21st August 2021 and today is 23rd August 2021 yet they haven't resolved my issue. Went to ISP, he says you have to change your optic fibre box again and he is charging 900/- for that. They keep disconnecting the services intentionally so that they can force consumers to pay for the service. If you have other options to shift to, please do that. I'm out of options, i have no other service available in my area.

This Broadband is provides you a good value for money service . Only problem is the outage even in condition like a short drizzle or cloudy weather .The company on a whole is very good . But being a consumer of Kestopur region I want to complaint about the rogue behavior of a local cable operator worker , such type of behavior is not at all accepted by customer.

The customer service is horrible. Not giving you enough attention and doing their own work. Absolutely horrible place

Internet gets disconnected every now and then even the customer care service is hopeless they just lodge complaint but never resolves them or take it seriously very pathetic user experience and I regret a lot on choosing alliance.
