★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasnt expecting such service from this group..i went for haj with this group..but there was no proper management...even we were denied food in mess on second day..there was no responsible person at that time...transportation was worst...they do not even made us stay in mina properly..
We had booked 5 star package for 4 persons by but we were given room with 3 adult beds and 1 child bed...our lunch and dinner were not arranged in hotel dining.infact we were served in hotel lobby with 3-4 dishes in buffet and it was like we were served lunger...
They promised for laundry..but when i asked hotel they denied...the tour leader told us that their private dhobi will wash our clothes..who also comes in 3-4 days hiding from hotel staff because it was illegal..
Overall they cheated us..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend booked flight for me and i canceled 34 hours prior by calling directly with the airlines and the next day i calld the agency alliance tours for refund and spoke to one lady name afsheen and she told we wont get the refund as they will apply no show policy and we had proofs as well with the airlines bt still they says we wont get fhe refund n all.. really pathetic service.. and now ms Afsheen has blocked us from wtsap and calls.. really be careful before u book the ticktes from there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very pleased with the services offered by Alliance International Tours for our South Africa Trip in the month of November 2018. Right from the itinerary - which was simply fantastic, keeping in mind that we have a child, to the support given on ground in that country was very good indeed. Once one of our flights got cancelled and all we needed to do was contact the alliance staff and they were extremely helpful with the change in plans and arranged immediately for the changed flights schedule. The hotels chosen for our stay were very well thought of, they suited our requirements completely. Overall I would recommend alliance to any family or even an individual traveller for a customised tour anywhere in the world!
