★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not even worth single star ...useless... the most unprofessional company I have ever seen in my life ..Pathetic..I think they are either closed or bankrupt..or shut down ..if not better do that ...feels like kicking there ....
There website says they have multiple lines ..it's a big joke ...could not connect even once in last one month...god saves everyone from this blunder

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service is really bad pls dont take it this software nd don't rene it too . Its my personal suggestion to all customers.they are not capable for giving the service to the customers.Just take the money at the tine of renewal of contract.thn nobody is giving any type of help to the customers.All contact numbers are switched off.and the stupid service advisor is not receiving a single call. If they receive then they transfer it to someone other number or say pls call on this number. So my personal advice is don't take this software u ll get a big punishment for ur future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor response from after sales team, no one will pick up the phone, if they pick up after 50 attempt and if we complain about the software, the representative directly say put email and call on Pune office Landline, and we are chasing them from last 20 days no revert on email nor on phone.
VERY POOR SERVICE.....please no one buy this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They know you can't go anywhere after purchasing their software so they are behaving like this. Engineers behave and talk like they are companies owner. I am giving one star because there is no option to give zero or negative grade. Be aware, don't purchase from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience not once but always. Their biggest problem is that our call does not get connected to them for hours and hours . There is no call back from them if we are facing issues. They make all tall claims during purchasing of software but post sales it is pathetic. My business /billing etc is halted because i am unable to contact them even after waiting for hours and hours. I tried contacting their people like Dinesh,Sanjay, Tushar, Ganesh etc but none of them receive phone call. Mr.Dinesh is seen online on whats app but when I post my query he does not respond to it. Then when i call on his number, he disconnects the call and later on his call seems to be connected to some other party and he is been seen online still does not respond. We cannot shut our business because of lethargy and casual attitude displayed by Allied team. I will never ever recommend any wholesaler/retailer to buy this software. If any competitor companies are reading my review kindly get in touch with me if possible to shift my existing data to another sofware. If I do not receive any call from Allied team , I will be posting photos of the whats app discussion I had with people from Allied and how they treat their existing customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to give 0 out of 5 with relation to software and services provided by them. Software has a lot of bugs and is unstable and when you call for their services they are rude and only ask you money for Annual Maintenance even for the time you did not use it after buying the software. Thugs charging you for services which they did not even provide and no manual for software. Pretty bad experience do not buy any software from this company.
