They just gives you assurance that today it will dispatch , but they will never dispatch.
Also, when we call their customer care, on first day they will say Item No.1 is pending and on second day they will say item no. 2 is pending ?
I cannot understand why they take orders when the product is not ready with them !!

Otherwise good for buying authentic products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SMB did not supply an item (Datt Velsoft) for which I paid Rs.157.92 in advance against my order No.45623 of 13th Dec 2021 though they supplied other two items (Datt Velkomp and Datt Velform). SMB repeatedly gives email assurances of sending this item in 2-3 days, but its not done till today & there's no functional contact number any where on web suggesting the dubious nature of SMB.

Update 10 Jan 2022:-
Few days after I posted the above, some responsible senior level official of SMB finally called on my mobile to learn about the whole issue and settled the matter by promptly supplying the pending item in two days.
There appears to be some mismanagement at lower level allowing some kind of mistrust developing; otherwise the products supplied are good and up to the mark
