★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few days back, I had my root canal treatment at Allure Dental and it was a great experience there. The staff there was really helpful and supportive and I'm satisfied with the treatment. Dr Prateek helped me through the entire treatment and he is very caring towards his patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would love to share my experiences with Allure Dental. I was readily given an appointment for timing of my choice as i have a strict work schedule. After meeting Dr. Prateek, i was suggested for root canal treatment, implants for missing teeth and extraction of wisdom tooth. I wanted a second opinion so i visited 2 other clinics and to check the prices as quoted by Allure Dental. After visiting other clinics i realized that Dr. Prateek is among the only 3-4 MDS in malviya nagar. And the time and effort he put in to explain the treatment protocol can not be matched by any other. Also the prices after comparison with other clinics was much more reasonable and affordable. Finally i got my treatment done here and was really happy with the care provided by the team of doctors of different specialities. The payment mode was easy and flexible. Now i recently visited him again for my sister's braces treatment and my mother's root canal treatment as well. All of us are really satisfied and happy with our treatments. I would love to recommend this clinic to not just my known ones but to thers as well so that they too get the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to family dental clinic where Dr. Prateek Dabas comes for braces. Pathetic experience since he was very much rude and did not bother to explain the procedure when asked. P.S. this is no attempt to defame the clinic (like it's mentioned as a response for every negative comment here) but an honest opinion! Don't play your defame card here to explain rude behaviour of your doctor and when it gets to getting my facts right, you guys need to act more professional in front of the patients! The patients are paying for the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my husband were suggested to Allure Dental by a family member who got their treatment done here previously. Firstly the clinic had a great approach and was easy to locate. Clinic had a soothing and calm ambience with warm welcome by the receptionist. As there were patients prior to us, we had to wait for our turn. As we entered the clinical chamber, it had a very clean and hygienic feel. Dr. Prateek checked both of us and advised the treatment required for both. It was a wonderful experience with him as we got our treatment done. He was really thorough in explaining and focussed in carrying out the procedure and entire time he kept us engrossed in conversation to help calm our nerves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Mr Prateek through a mutual friend. I will reserve the right to call him a doctor because he doesn't deserve it. He started my braces treatment without even taking an x-ray. He was always rude and did not elaborate how he will approach the treatment. Because he had taken most of the fees in the initial visits, he did not seem to be interested in completing the treatment. I will never recommend this dentist to anyone. In short, he basically spoiled my dream of braces treatment. And i am sure he will post a stupid reply here to dodge my claim .. so anyone can message me, i can prove what i am saying is 100% correct with all the evidences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular patient of Dr. Prateek and have recommended my family members and other friends for past 2 years. We all have had amazing treatment results. I myself got root canal treatment and implants along with zirconia crowns. I must say and appreciate that entire treatment procedure was thoroughly explained and it was such a smooth process. I enjoyed the painless dentistry that too at such affordable prices as compared to other clinics in vicinity. Also I have noticed that there is no other MDS nearby which makes this clinic as the only clinic with specialists in various fields. I thank the entire staff and doctors for providing me with such an amazing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor I met Dr.Parteek Dabas (handling braces dept.) In Family Dental clinic Jangpura was very rude. Never interacted with such a badly behaved and moody person all my life. One day me and my husband was just clearing all our doubts regarding the treatment because earlier he gave us wrong info about the retainers despite that he got furious and told me that "I HAVE THAT MUCH POWER TO CHUCK YOU OUT FROM THE CLINIC"
I mean seriously??? Is this the way a doctor should behave with their patients?
I interacted with other staff members also and they also agreed that he behave rudely quite often with other patients too.
Being a doctor its their responsibility to guide correctly and clear all the doubts politely.
I would recommend all those who are reading this review to go to your local dentist rather than wasting your money and then get insulted in front of other patients as well.
Extremely disappointed.
