★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service and staff behaviour is very bed. I will give -1 star for services and behaviour.
* They have sent me a delivered cylinder message 3 days ago and told me on call delivery boy will inform you if he comes in my area.
* After 3 days, he refunded to deliver my cylinder to my flat and asked me to receive it from my society gate.
* He is not giving regulator with gas cylinders and tell me to talk with agency on call and they replied, we have not added changers for regulator but actually regulator chages were already added at the time of new connection.
* I went to discuss regarding regulator at that time they were not reday to give me a new regulator. After long arguments, they have offer me a old used regulator. Please see the image in the attachment.
* I have noticed the delivery boy selling company's regulator in 500 rs in local shops.
If someone from bharat gas authority read this, please take some action against them.
