★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you will contact samsungcare via phone call you will come to know that this is not an authorized service center. You will never recieve a proper printed bill from here like other authorized service centres. I had submitted my newly purchased phone which was in warranty. This person was failed to repair that. In the beginning the issue was auto off/on but when I received the phone it was completely switched off. After plugging charger it wasn't charging. So, he told me to visit Banaras Pandepur service center.
Actually in Jaunpur there is only one authorized service center which is in Shahganj. If you really want to visit any service centre please visit the authorized one either Varanasi, Shahganj or somewhere else.
