After taking the money they have delivered damaged fridge when we ask about that the told to contact Voltas call Center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ac service you can expect. They can send nice technicians but they will never send unless you call them again and again. I bought a mitsubishi heavy ac 1 ton and there is airflow problem. After calling many times they attend and clean the dust and say the airflow is normal.All my relatives have bluestar 1 ton ac and their airflow is high and cooling time is less compared to this ac.These alpha aircon guys compelled me to take this costly ac because they said this company 1 ton ac is equal to other company 1.5 ton ac. Initially the airflow is good but after using for 2 weeks the airflow became very less.Better to buy ac like bluestar or O general from other shops.
