★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a pathetic company with very poor management. There only aim is to grab money from innocent people. I am particularly talking about their project in Sector 150 Noida. Project name is Alpa Residency. Since last four years no construction done at site. Only face wash. I am having flat in that project and has paid them 23 lacs till now. Paying EMI of Rs 18600/ pm. I filled case in RERA and won case against him. RC was issued against him on 16th February 2021 in which court has directed him to return the whole amount with interest. But till date he has returned me not a single penny. I have sent them around 100 mails to CEO and other staff members but no response. Now they are saying that they have gone against my order in HC which is totally fake. No notice received from HC nor any stay order. Just lingering the process. They are not ready to talk in company also. I am really very much shaken up by all this.I am a Govt servent with limited resources. All who have invested in Sector 150 are crying. Never to invest in such a company.
