★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALPHA Fitness is a fantastic gym !!. If i talk about trainer, 'Abhishek' is supremely talented (exceptional) trainer and take an interest in you, no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how he give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been going to gym from last 3-4 months and i am seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It’s great! I feel 10 years younger!
The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. you will never disappointed here, Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a well equipped gym with two levels of space,one for cardio and another for strength training. The trainers are very supportive, they keep observing and guiding the correct ways. The environment of the gym is happy and energetic.

Very easy to reach, opened through out the day, not expensive at all, the trainers are friendly and the best part cardio and weights section are at different floor so spacious as well. Also they have a open roof / balcony which is amazing. People have options to go at any time according to their preferences and it's only closed once a month.
